Being scared in a safe environment creates the same adrenaline rush as riding a roller coaster, and Busch Gardens is the place for both this fall. The autumn weekends at Busch Gardens Williamsburg have a split personality -- beautiful by day with 100 landscaped acres of rides and attractions, but by night a "spooktacular" good time for the brave-hearted. The entire park takes on a new theme after dark with vampires, zombies and an off-kilter circus. Fiends take over the Festhaus, the park landscape grows pumpkins and goose bumps appear suddenly on all who dare to visit - no worries -- it's only a temporary side effect of Howl-O-Scream. There is no additional charge for the Howl-O-Scream festivities.
